2-in-1 Electric Carpet Tufting Gun and Weaving Machine
I recently put the 2-in-1 Electric Carpet Tufting Gun to the test to see if it could handle everything from thick rugs to fine decorative wall hangings. This machine aims to simplify the tufting process by offering both cut and loop pile functionality in a single, lightweight frame.
Performance & Build Quality
The machine is constructed from robust metal, which gives it a satisfying, durable weight without feeling overly cumbersome during long sessions. Weighing in at 2.3kg, it manages to balance the necessary mass for stability with a portability that is rare in industrial-grade equipment. The internal motor handles high-speed stitching up to 40 stitches per second consistently, showing no signs of strain during standard usage.
Day-to-Day Experience
Setting up the gun was straightforward thanks to the included threading device and adjustment wrenches. While there is a slight learning curve to mastering the speed range for different pile heights, the adjustable settings make it very forgiving for beginners to experiment with texture. It performs reliably across various yarn types, making the transition between projects feel seamless.
This tool is perfect for hobbyists and small-scale textile artists looking to scale up their production without investing in expensive industrial machinery.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I found this tool to be a highly effective investment, earning a solid 4.52 rating for its versatility and build quality. For $199.00, it remains one of the most accessible ways to get into professional rug tufting in 2026. It is a reliable workhorse that delivers on its promises of speed and precision.
